Integral human Foundation with support from the secretary Cali culture, announces: CALCO 2011 that will hold its fifth version, in November 2011 in the city of Cali Colombia.

We open the call for the execution of works involving public space so ephemeral.

A. Description.

The proposal is that the artists or groups, please send an e-mail project, for an ephemeral work in the city of Cali Colombia from November 25 to December 5, 2011. The work will be performed by artists from Cali, who will follow exactly the instructions of the selected proposals. They can be large-scale works, actions, sculptures, objects, all the techniques and formats will be taken into account. CALCO A budget of 25 USD. $ 50,000 Colombian pesos for the completion of each work, no proposal may exceed the amount stipulated. CALCO select proposals from 5 onwards.

B. General Conditions.

1. The theme is open
2. All techniques and formats will be accepted provided they meet the requirements.
3. Open to all national and international artists regardless of their place of residence or age.
4. Each work selected by CALCO will a budget of 25 USD. $ 50,000 Colombian pesos for its realization. None of the works exceed this budget, none of the selected artists will be able to invest outside the 25 USD. $ 50,000 Colombian pesos
5. Artists send the details of a proposal as specified in paragraph * C. Project requirements *, to miss any of the terms and conditions shall be grounds for rejection of the proposal.
6. Registration is assumed that the artist or group agrees to the terms and conditions of the call.
7. If any of the selected artists collective have personal interest in developing the project, run with cats transportation, lodging and all those who generate their journey.
8. Registered artists give permission for the dissemination, publication of the development of their projects CALCO
9. C. Project requirements.
The artist or group must submit the following files in a single email to the following address: convocatoriaefimeras@calicontemporaneo.com before November 10, 2011. We do not accept file formats other than those specified or separate emails.

1. The artists sent in a single pdf file:
a. clear instructions precise and detailed, with directions, time, size, logistics and all the information required for the realization of their proposal.
b. Plans, drawings, photos and visual aids that allow a clear understanding of the proposal.
c. One page, where you specify the relationship and relevance of the proposal to the topic.
d. The resume or CV of the artist or group.
